As you move through the exhibition, you'll find a few simple prompts to help you slow down and engage more deeply with the work on display. There are no right or wrong answers — just an invitation to pause, look closely, and let what you see stir something in you. Take your time, sit with a piece that draws you in, and see what stillness has to say.
